TODAY’S MANTRA: You don’t have to wait until “Snack Time” to have a snack. If your body says “Please feed me” then you don’t have to wait for the clock to show a certain time. Eat when you are physically or mentally hungry. Any time is Snack Time.
TODAY’S POSITIVE AFFIRMATION: I love my body because it allows me to experience the world around me and try new things.

THREE NICE THINGS I DID TODAY: Watched my favourite TV show with Immy, helped with the book shop deliveries, posted a photo of myself and received nice comments.
MY GRATITUDE MOMENT: I am grateful for a body that knows how to heal itself. I’m grateful that it never gave up on me, even when I had given up on it.
